Labelled events
As manager of the UNESCO site, the Interdepartmental Agreement for Causses and Cévennes plays a central role in preserving and promoting the region's agro-pastoral heritage.
By awarding the label to local events such as transhumance, shepherds' festivals and wool festivals each year, the association is making an active contribution to passing on ancestral expertise, preserving exceptional landscapes and raising public awareness of the importance of Agropastoralism in the Causses and Cévennes.
These events are much more than just local festivities; they are gateways to understanding and preserving a heritage that is unique in the world.
